Malta: Children brought muffins to school and they decorated them and changed them into sheep and chicks. Children enjoyed this activity very much.
Slovakia: After seeing the results of the work of our friends from Malta, we have decided to make animals form vegetable and fruit. Each child brought materials for their work. It was the high time for fantasy to start working. It has really worked as you can see here
At Easter time we decided to change our cupcakes into chicks and sheep…and we did. The end result was wonderful. The children brought two cupcakes each. They used yellow food colouring to colour some coconuts. They spread jam over the cupcakes and sprinkled yellow coconuts, added smarties for eyes and mouth and the chicks were ready. To make sheep, they used white coconuts and decorated them with marshmallows.
